I've seen so many people, especially living on the mission field, got through the most difficult times in their lives (emotionally and spiritually speaking) right after that day. Satan hates that we declare our love for Christ in a public way. You are right to go back to the scriptures, back to prayer, back to Jesus' words!!! He will sustain you!!!
